Can the wheel be reinvented?
Apparently already with the geothermal tube: separatus has developed and patented the first probe that runs Vor- and return in a single tube, changing a technology that remained the same for decades.
The idea
One tube instead of two
Conventional borehole heat exchangers carry pre- and return in separate pipe loops. For decades, this has determined the drilling diameter, the drilling tool and ultimately the costs. The patented Splitpipe probe instead separates the two flows into two chambers of a single 51 mm tube.
What sounds like a detail changes the construction site: smaller drilling, smaller equipment, less excavation. geothermal energy will be possible on land where previously cancelled.

Young, tested, from the Rhine Valley
Behind separatus are founders with decades of experience in the plastics industry, the system was developed in cooperation with experts from science and industry. separatus is a young company based in Widnau. The components are manufactured themselves or produced according to their own specifications by selected manufacturers. System and production are SKZ certified and monitored; Drilled and installed by the Partner network in the respective region.
We do not see the fact that the technology is new as a weakness, but as the point: Anyone who reinvents the wheel cannot rely on habit, only on measured values, certificates and documents. Projects.
