In Waxeneck Lower Austria, another geothermal project with separatus was successfully implemented. Together with WTC Brunnen & geothermal energy and the installation company Fluid Energy, two borehole heat exchangers were created, each with a depth of 100 metres. separatus took over thermal simulation and hydraulic design. The coordinated planning, the simple connection and the compact probe design reduced the installation effort and increased the process reliability. The project shows the added value of the separatus partner network from planning to commissioning.

For the construction of a new multi-family building in Switzerland, 11 drilling piles à 9 metres were activated with separatus probes into energy piles. The pit protection thus becomes part of the heat supply in the long term and complements the existing borehole heat exchangers. This saves space, reduces additional drilling and increases the efficiency of the geothermal plant.

In Clavadel near Davos, a sophisticated geothermal plant with 30 separatus borehole heat exchangers à 40 m was successfully implemented. Despite the artesian strained groundwater and difficult alpine geology, MR Erdwärme together with separatus was able to realise an economical and reliable geothermal solution for several holiday apartments.

So goes geothermal energy in case of renovation. In Wangen im Allgäu, separatus together with BauGrund Süd and Geser shows how efficient geothermal energy with reduced drilling diameter can be achieved. The innovative borehole heat exchanger (BHE) enables faster drilling, lower costs and a reliable heat supply. Ideal for modern new buildings and renovations with a focus on economic efficiency and sustainability.

In the Netherlands, deep drilling for geothermal systems is often restricted – among other things to protect groundwater and due to existing gas reserves. But even with a limited drilling depth, geothermal energy is possible: separatus energy piles offer a clever and efficient solution.
