We have waited a long time for this, now it is time. The first separatus borehole heat exchanger in Switzerland became a reality. For a holiday home with a far-sighted view of the Bündner mountain world, it now supplies climate-friendly energy directly from the ground for the next generations.
The geological conditions were demanding and typical for the Alpine region: a wet gravel layer was followed by hard slate with quartz inclusions.
A 100 metre-long separatus Splitpipe probe is used, which was easily installed thanks to its slim design.
